BETT Winner 2011 - Tools for Teaching and Learning

EMAS UK beat companies from around the world to win a prestigious education crown at the largest educational awards in Europe.

John and Liz Foxwell of EMAS UK, collected the most prestigious title of ‘Tools for Teaching and Learning’ at the Park Lane Hilton on Wednesday evening. John Foxwell, co-founder,  said “He was pleased that their unique speaking translator and dual language resources were making such as profound difference to those pupils who did not speak English, and making teaching easier for the teachers that support them. Everything we have worked for is to improve the quality of education for children throughout the country”

The best in ICT for education were rewarded at the 2011 BETT Awards held on the 12 January 2011 at London’s prestigious Park Lane Hilton hotel.
The BETT Awards endeavor to recognise, reward and promote this excellence in a showcase of the most outstanding sector products and learning solutions available today.
With around 600 guests present, the comedian Alun Cochrane presented and handed out the awards to the deserving winners.

With thousands of high quality entries, the judges, who are all respected educational professionals, worked tirelessly to shortlist the entries and then chose the eventual winners.
