School Improvement Services
EMAS UK has developed many tools, resources and services. One of the most popular is the School Improvement Week. This is 5 sessions of in-school practical help.
The School Improvement Week includes:
- A full EAL and BME audit
Identifying best practice in the school and identifying areas for improvement - Written feedback from the audit
A report for future reference that can be used as proof for OFSTED - Practical Support
A session in your school working to put the recommendation in place - EAL/BME Policy
An updated or new policy reflecting current practice and future implementations - INSET
A bespoke session giving ownership of the new policy and updating all staff on EAL and BME best practice
EAL and BME Improvement Week
5 Sessions of whole school support:
- EAL & BME Audit with report
- EAL Coordinator, SMT and HT meeting
- In school assistance. Planning and/or practical help
- EAL & BME policy update
- Whole school twilight INSET session
School Audit Session
A Senior Manager/HT will complete a full school EAL and BME audit and provide a written feedback report.
EAL and BME Policy Creation
Working with your existing policy the writer will create a policy that takes into account your current achievements and future proof it for the coming year.
