Supporting School Improvement

Understanding the success of current practice can be hard to see when you are working in it. At EMAS UK we wanted to be able to celebrate your successes and help identify areas that could be improved.

Included in the School Improvement Week package is:

5 sessions with an award winning Headteacher who will:

  1. Undertake a full EAL/BME audit
  2. Create a written report identify successes and areas for improvement
  3. Work with an area or the whole school to implement any recommendations
  4. Revisit the school EAL/BME policy and rewrite or update
  5. Deliver a whole school twilight INSET on the successes of the school and best practice
