School Audit

Undertaken by either a LA Advisor or Headteacher the audit will be based on three key areas:

  1. The Learner
    The support available including resources, materials and attainment
  2. The Teaching
    Lesson plans, worksheets, planning, support
  3. The School
    The environment, displays, presentations, and community cohesion

The School EAL/BME Policy

Every policy we create will be  relevant, insightful and dynamic.

Dr Alder will spend a morning or afternoon in your school and then, after consultation, she will write a new audit either using your current model or starting afresh.

Knowing how well your school is supporting your EAL and BME children is really important if you are to move forwards. Knowing that all of the policies and practice you believe is happening is really happening gives peace of mind. The ideal precursor to any inspection or school revue.

A school audit will highlight all of these and ensure that your school builds on its successes.
